CHRISTMAS SMOKED SALMON
Every year at Christmas time we produce a limited supply of our families favorite Smoked Salmon. Using a decades old handed down recipe, we first carefully cure the splits of farmed raised salmon
and then slowly
smoke them over selected wood shavings. The flavor of this smoked salmon is something very special to
experience.
A small plate of our smoked salmon with a nice glass of wine is Christmas cheer at it's best.
We maintain a list of names throughout the year of customers that desire this very limited
